Portovenere is a very old village on the sea, absolutely characteristic and very famous for the unusual old coloured small houses and for the very pictoresque Saint Peter's Church.

Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, Monterosso are together the very famous "Cinque Terre", visited every year by thousand of tourists from all over the world. But don't forget to put your attention on Golfo dei Poeti where you can find many pleasant places like 'La Spezia' city and the villages Lerici, Fiascherino and Tellaro; the Lunigiana area with small and old Castles and on Lucca area with the pleasant athmosfere of Tuscany and many wonderful villas where the time has not the end.
